It's cool and rainy here today. It was a hot summer though, especially for a northern city like Pittsburgh. We also didn't have enough rain this summer and the ground was getting cracks in it from lack of water. The next few days of rain and 60 degree temps is very welcome!
The folks up in Portland, ME were beside themselves with the heat! And it was only in the high 80s! Guess they're just not used to it. We noticed a lot of the shops/restaurants we visited had no AC.

Goodness, that is hot. We are 56 this AM and windows are open. We paid our dues however with 100+ all summer. Soon, maybe soon.
