Around 7 AM this morning, we began to see some of the outer bands of clouds from hurricane Earl. Other than clouds, we're not suppose to see any effects from the hurricane. It will remain off the coast of Virginia. I hope the damage along the coast will be minimal.

We're all watching Earl. I am concerned about our blogger friends that live in its path.
My brother is in Chesapeake and he didn't even know about the storm! Granted he doesn't have a TV or radio since he is leaving soon for a Navy tour, but still :) We are hearing a lot about the hurricane up here in Pittsburgh even though we won't see any of the effects. Too far inland.
