Blogger's block?

September%20October%202011%20040[2].jpg

It's been ages since I updated my blog. I don't have any excuse other than every time I think about posting, my mind becomes a blank. Is there such a thing as blogger's block?

Things have been quiet and uneventful around here. We are still waiting for the tree service to take down the tree damaged by the hurricane. They dropped off a trailer and a bobcat Tuesday, so maybe they'll get to work soon.

Our trees are just beginning to turn. I'm hoping we can take a day trip to the mountains the first of the week. I want to get some delicious Virginia apples.

My mind is totally blank again. Just wanted to let you know that I'm still here and all is well.

Your mums are lovely Mary.

We are still sad about our cat Libby, but each day is a bit better.

Have a great weekend.

Love the flowers. I'm totally blocked in my story right now. Hope you get unblocked, soon.

Blessings,

Kym

If you can't find words, post pictures—especially of your flowers and kitties.

Hi, it seems that many times i have just the opposite and have too many thoughts of things to post. But if you're looking for some thoughts, here's what works for me at times - posting a recipe, ranting about something, asking a question (or two or more), posting about something in the yard. I've read many other posts from folks who feel the same way you are now, so you are not alone.

Writer's block seems to hit all of us and lasts varying periods of time.

When it first hit me, I began to write possible titles and saved them as drafts. I still have 11 I have not developed.

Then I decided I could not blog everyday and visit, too.

I am more of a photo person so rarely do I not have at least one photo on subject or not.

Glad to hear from you. I live with writer's block. Sometimes think each post is my last then something happens or reminds me of something.
Like Nitwit, I write a quick note to remind me or it is lost forever.
No pressure or writing schedule is the best unblocker for me.

I am grateful for the "still here" update! Sometimes you do need to take a little break. But you can always post pictures!

I have a different kind of bloggers block. My material is stacking up but my current reduced published stuff is due to motivation and other things in life. Nice picture by the way.

Definitely a thing called Bloggers Block. I get it quite often myself. I so admire the bloggers who manage to post something every single day!
