Internet connection troubles ........

I hope I can keep my internet connection long enough to get this posted to my blog. I've been having problems with my Hughesnet equipment, causing my connection to come and go. The repair men told me months ago that a certain part was going. The part costs about $200.00, so they were going to try to find a used one that worked for me. I have been putting off getting it fixed, hoping they would find the part. Well, it looks like I'll have to call them next week. It's become impossible to do anything when I lose the connection every minute or so.

I apologize for not commenting on your blogs, but I have been trying to read your posts when I can. I hope everyone has a wonderful Easter and hopefully I will be back soon with a properly operating internet connection.

Oh no, I'd be lost without the internet and get so frustrated when ours is slow (cable). Hope yours gets fixed soon.

I'm sorry you're having problems. You're not the only one with Hughesnet I've heard having problems. Let's hope it gets worked out quickly and inexpensively! Good luck!

So sorry you are having troubles. My ISP is so sad that I almost went to Hughes net. Kind of glad now that I haven't.
Hope they get you back in business soon.

Wish I had a clue what hughesnet was so I could offer words of wisdom. I do know what life without access to the internet at will is, so I offer my condolences on that. I hope all is right with the web soon. jan

Good luck with your connections. I am using Verizon and like their service very much. Dianne

These connection things can be such nuisances! I hope you are able to be up and totally working very shortly.

Nature must be absolutely bursting all around you right now! I bet it's beautiful. Hello to the kitties from Aunt Kathy!

I used to have Hughes. I hated it because it always went out in bad weather. What part do you need? I might have it! We have B2X now.

I hope you have an easy time getting it fixed.

Geez do you have satellite internet? That is expensive.

Makes me appreciate my DSL from my telephone Co. And faster Cable internet is available here too.

And I live in the Ozark mountains foothills. We don't have a lot of high tech amenities. If I really lived in remote and barely accessible parts of the mountain, it may be different.
