It's snowing again ........................

It's snowing again - looks like a blizzard outside. The prediction for this area is for snow, slush, sleet, and rain today and then more snow tomorrow. We were only suppose to get a total of 4 to 6 inches for both days, but it looks like we may have 3 inches already. I am really tired of snow and tired of winter. Our snow from last weekend was finally melting some, but the ground was still covered when this snow arrived. We have had more snow this winter than we had the last 10 years put together.

We bought a new bookcase that matches the TV console to replace the bookcase we had in the livingroon. We finished putting it together last night, so I have been filling it with books today. I have too many books - way too many books. My next project is to go through all my books and either freecycle or take to Goodwill those I don't have room for. It's going to be hard for me to get rid of them - I treasure my books.

I made a pot of chili this morning. We'll have cornbread with it for supper. Looks like we'll spend another snow bound weekend watching movies and napping under the throws. If you're getting snow this weekend, stay safe and warm.

Isn't the snow everywhere unreal this year! Seems like it's never going to end and your forecast is not good.

Chili sounds like the perfect supper, stay cosy and warm inside!

I love cornbread! I make mine a little sweet and very moist -- how about you?
Neat photo! I, too, am a little tired of this. We'll be snowbound for sure. They're now using the word "blizzard". Wonderful.

I'm beginning to feel pity for you people having so much snow. Seems like I see snow on most of the blogs these days. I'm sure you are anxiously awaiting spring. Rain gets boring but at least we can still be out and about.

Our snow has gone though colder weather threatened for next week :-(. But today it is very frosty, a clear sky and lovely, glorious, sunshine!! :-)

Funny old weather this winter, sin't it?

I heard that VA is supposed to get up to 2 feet. It's really snowed there this year. When I lived in Danville, we never got snow!

The forecasters called for 4 to 8 inches here in Pittsburgh and so far we have over 17 inches! Even the dogs wouldn't go out today because the snow was up to their chests.

We are making a roast turkey and all the fixins today and are chilling out and watching movies. I wish I'd thought of chili. It sounds so good. Maybe tomorrow.

Stay safe and warm!

As long as you can keep your electricity, I just love the beauty of snow.
Looks like you are getting a bunch coming your way.
Our foot of snow is finally melting in time for some more Monday.
Sorry but as a former Florida girl, I love this stuff.
Stay warm and safe.

I've been watching all the weather reports and the mid-Atlantic got hit terribly. Then those awful mudslides in CA too --just awful; Stay safe and warm.
