The garden ...........

The tomatoes ...

The squash and cucumbers ...

I looked out at the garden this afternoon and it looks like it has grown several more inches since I took these pictures Sunday. We are getting a nice soaking rain.

So are we but I don't have a garden to watch grow from it. Yours looks very nice.

all looks very productive! We could do with a bit of rain - I have some newly planted herbaceous plants, and I have to keep remembering to water them. Plus all my pots!

Don't you just love watching the plants when they start to take off? My grandparents out your way always had a nice garden. I remember they had bitter cucumbers, though.

We're getting tons of rain up this way. I'm wishing I had put out a garden. jan

Plants do love God's water much better than our chemical full spigot fare. Smart plants.
I almost like the new growth part better than the finished product.
We have had great rains lately with more to come. Best time of year.

My husband is container gardening in our back yard. It is fun to watch the little plants leap in growth rate.

We've had an overabundance of God's rain but the plants have prospered.

I've got to take some pictures as "my" green been plants came from seed. I requested green beans added to his inventory of tomato and sweet pepper plants.

Oh, your garden is gorgeous! I hope it's enjoying this rain. We recently planted 100 giant arborvitae trees and I'm so happy that I don't have to water them this week! That's a huge chore. Found you through Becky - I look forward to reading more!

OOOHHHHH! Look at your plants!!! Undoubtedly, you will have tomatoes before we will. I do have about 4 flowers, though.
Today was chilly and raw enough that I lighted a fire in the wood burning stove on our porch. Azrielle loved it and spent most of the day on a nearby chair.
